THE PROMENADE

Located in Cadboro Bay, the goal was to create a contemporary west coast development by combining clean lines, modern materials and open living spaces. With the ocean just steps away we kept the interior understated to showcase the view. We used the latest in wire brushed oak flooring and cream quartz countertops to set the stage for a contemporary decorating scheme. By decorating in neutral tones with accents in burnt oranges and deep merlots the space was warm and inviting.
