Bespoke Brillance

Towering atop an iconic hill, this three-storey home offers breathtaking views of both ocean and city. 

The project started as a small refurbishment and quickly transformed into a full renovation with the goal of infusing the estate with character and charm. Jenny Martin Design worked closely with the clients to celebrate their love of traditional British motifs while incorporating the latest in smart home technology. Flow and function was a priority, and bespoke themes were used to differentiate each space. 

The clients entrusted the design team to lead the re-design, while a team of skilled craftsman executed highly technical construction. Mouldings and old-world plasters were layered for interest throughout the house. The master ensuite was structured around an indulgent Calacatta Caldia marble steam shower, featuring Chroma-therapy, body sprays and multiple shower heads. A set of partner walk-in closets, stationed adjacently behind traditional feature walls, deliver a spacious aesthetic to the master. Home automation allows for rotation between visual art and TV displays at the touch of a button, and includes a house-wide sound system for music. 

The result balances old European charm and coastal beauty with integrated technology for a home with seamless luxury.
